Dianna Wright, Director of Client Transitions

Oversees and implements the on-going development and course of administrative and client interventions. As the Director of Client Transitions, Ms. Wright is responsible for HarryCo, LLc Utilization Reviews and the evaluation of agency programs and services. Ms. Wright directs, inconjunction with the management staff Best Practices Techniques for the care and coordiantion of HarryCo client services. Ms. Wright serves as the corporate liason between Claremont member agencies and community partners. Ms. Wright has a rich and extensive background in program analysis and development. She has a strong desire and a keen interest in human behavior and the implementation and social development of mental health services for HarryCo clients.

Karen Robinson, Sr. Executive
Member Accounts & Information Systems

Manages member electronic billing and payroll systems, conducts member audit/statements, and provides monthly billing statements. Trouble-shoots billing denials and provides weekly face-to-face updates to member. Completes and monitors member contract and leasing agreements.
